This product is not recommended for children under 12 years of age. This product should not be taken within 1 hour before or after taking medicines or other dietary supplements. Do not use this product if you have abdominal pain or diarrhea. Consult a healthcare provider prior to use if you are pregnant or nursing. Discontinue use in the event of diarrhea or watery stools. Do not exceed recommended dose. Do not take for more than seven consecutive days.
DIRECTIONS: Use only as directed. Take 8 capsules daily as needed with at least 250 ml (8 oz) of water or liquid. Store in a cool, dry place.
